Returns Policy
We hope you’ll love everything you buy from Lion Games & Gifts Europe, but we promise a full refund if you’re unhappy with your purchase.
In case you are not satisfied you may return the product up to 14 days after delivery. Returns will only be accepted for unused and undamaged products in their original packaging. In your return package please include the invoice of the particular purchase. Once the items arrive to our premises we will transfer back the payable amount; however we are not eligible for the return delivery cost. In case of a quality issue please don't hesitate to contact us at sales@liongames.net with a proof or image of the faulty item. We will proceed to a replacement shipment free of charge.
